What American accent do you have?

Today is the first day of my summer vacation, so let's get frivolous! Here's a little test that may tell you what region of the country most influences your speaking voice. Let me know if you think this quiz gives accurate results:

What American accent do you have? (Best version so far)

Northern

You have a Northern accent. That could either be the Chicago/Detroit/Cleveland/Buffalo accent (easily recognizable) or the Western New England accent that news networks go for.

I did the quiz and the result was a map of the Northeastern Seaboard! So Living in the Midwest for decades hasn't exactly done its work on my accent. Miow!

Hah! Even after living here in France for 7 years, living in New York for 25, my accent came out as Detroit/Chicago!(I lived in Detroit for the first 17 years of my life before moving to Toledo)
Now if ther was a test for French....
I have been taking a class for 4 years with a group of Dutch and consequently, when I start speaking French, I am asked if I am Dutch!
